My friend’s favourite animal is an Owl, so here is a birthday cake I made for her 21st. I was really pleased with how it turned out, and it only took me an hour to decorate which I was quite surprised about. I feel like I’m getting faster at decorating which can only be a good thing.
Plain victoria sponge cake, but made with dairy free marg as my friend is lactose intolerent. The sponge turned out just as good, and it’s a “healthier” (as healthy as birthday cake can be) alternative to full butter.
